Does NOT fit a 30" x 80" opening

The package says the door fits a standard 30" x 80" opening, but after buying the door and bringing it home, I discovered the installation instructions say the height opening must be at least 1.5" larger than the actual panel height or 80.75". If the height is actually 80" "the door cannot be used". Of course, I simply cut 0.75" off the bottom of the panels which resulted in the pressed cardboard core at the bottom being too thin to support the weight of the door. I was able to remedy by in...

It was damaged. I was told to take photos and email them to you, but I don't know how to do that. The lady I talked with was very sweet and tried her best to walk me through it but I could not do it, I am not good at navigating my phone or computer. The door had a slinter of wood that came off with the primmer when I touched it, and a spot where the door is rough and feels sticky and needs to be sanded off. I have bought some paint and will sand and paint the areas myself. I thought the door loo...

Door came covered in mold

When I purchased this item, it had a small spot on the exterior portion of door. When I removed it from the packaging, the inner portion of the door was covered in mold. This is frustrating, as it sets our project back, and it makes me wonder how many other items Lowe’s is selling that are covered in mold.
