Doubt you will post this but here goes. Product is great. Was in stock and I store. The follow up item I needed however needed to be ordered. Latterly 1/4 mile from the store but had to be shipped. Ok. 2 week shop time. Um ok. 2 weeks comes as go and you guy cannot pull it off. Really? What if I was a contractor rather than Joe Homeowner trying to make payroll ?

Compared to other brands I have used, this one is woefully inadequate. Very hard to slide on to the baluster completely. Not flexible like other brand. I would never purchase again.
