Very poor quality. A number of inaccurately assembled parts. Had had modify several areas just to get it back to the intended specs

Frame is very flimsy and warped. I made it work with some reinforcement.

Product arrived damaged and missing parts. To make matters worse, Lowe's refused to refund the $79 delivery fee for delivering a defective product. This is incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on the company's policies. I understand delivery fees cover logistics, but when the delivered product is both damaged and incomplete, it's unreasonable to charge for such a service. Unless your more than a DIY’er try a different 1.

I manufacturer didn’t have the correct cuts to put this item together properly. I had to adjust their cuts for it to be applicable. I went on their site but it’s not available.

Horrible wheels

I purchased two of these. Installed and dry walled. When I hung the doors, they are extremely noisy and hard to pull. I discovered that the wheels are nylon with no ball bearings. The manufacturer, American Building Supply, does not even have available a decent wheel to purchase. I expect more from Lowe’s than to carry such trash.

Went with the Orange Store

After reading the reviews I went over to the Orange store and bought a 28x80 pocket door frame - for only $8 more. Made by Rocket, and metal, I expect everything to fit. Had previously installed their 32x80 frame and it went perfectly. The door slides sooo smoothly. Anyway, just wanted to pass that along.
