The screens are advertised to open. They won’t ope
The windows are beautiful. However there are no instructions to operate the screens. We emailed the company looking for instructions but never received anything back. I ended up damaging both screens trying to open them. I’m guessing that is why they never responded back. They know it’s a problem.
