Damaged/poor quality upon delivery.
Door is okay quality, but not for the price in my opinion. Had to cut trim at bottom because it did not match length of door. Hung past it. I ordered Six of these doors and some had water damage and trim was severely scratched and trim staples were in the doors!! Had to use these doors (did not return them) because contractor was needing them installed by Monday.

Very Poorly Built...Quality terrible
I bought this thinking it would be easier than buying the one-piece door kit and separate trim pieces and cutting it all up and attaching it myself. It fell apart, had staples not fully seated, and some twisted as they went in and came thru the jamb on the finished side. Absolutely CRAP quality. I'm now just ripping off all the trim and buying trim and cutting it all up and installing it properly. JUNK
