These windows are great!! For $88 they are a steal!! I was quoted over $1600 to replace my windows in my basement & these turned out way better than I imagined & so much cheaper!!

Vent exterior placement and access

Vent exterior does not allow extension attachment to extend dryer vent further into below grade window well to ensure moisture does not condense on house siding. Vent fins are not removable to allow cleaning from exterior

Buy one at a time.

Bought 5 windows. They stacked them on a pallet, which I expected, but I didn't expect them to take multiple globs of industrial silicone and layers of scrap cardboard and glue all 5 up in a sandwich. The silicone is virtually impossible to remove. Also, the amount of silicone they use to build the assemblies is very minimal. Maybe 1/4-1/2" deep between each block.

I purchased this window for my daughter's basement. She lives 100 miles away, so I bought from her local Lowe's. The window was ordered and took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive at store. When I went to install it, I noticed the dryer vent piece had a broken corner and crack. Irritating but not a show stopper, it's plastic and just a dryer vent.
