Nice window but needs better assembly.
I like the window but the pre assembly is insufficient. There are absolutely no internal supports, not even caulk. The window blocks are assembled with a bead of caulk around the edges of the blocks and look very nice. The problem is that if you’re lucky enough for the window to arrive in one piece, there’s still a good chance it will separate when you try to pick it up like it did for us.

Arrived broken
Windows seam had broken making install a massive pain in the but. As I already had a hole in the side of my house there was no time to wait for a replacement to be shipped. I got it to work but it was difficult. Better packaging is a requirement here.
