Replace old electrical boxes with this kit
I had a floor with a very old electric box. Multiple floors had been installed over the original and the old box was cut. This kit enabled me to install the shallow base and cleanly install the floor cover over the base regardless of floor depth. One issue: I recommend you purchase better/longer mounting screws for the top plate to mount to the main body. The ones that came with the unit were not long enough for the depth of floor I used. I had to purchase the 6-32 screws online and it's hard to...
