Broke in a gust of wind

The umbrella creaks a lot at the hinge whenever there is the slightest gust of wind. This hinge is a weak point: it snapped in half during a stronger gust of wind.

I bought this umbrella at the end of spring to use for the summer. It broke halfway through the summer. It won't go up and stay up anymore.

Very poor quality

.Around June 1, we purchased a 10 foot rectangle umbrella, which has been used three times as we went to use the umbrella. The fourth time it broke below. We have added pictures of the frayed and broken rope that pulls the umbrella up and down the second and third picture is of the gear on the inside of the Area where you pump the umbrella up and down made of plastic and it is disintegrated. This is a very poor quality umbrella. I do not recommend this umbrella nor the company that makes this um...

Garbage quality

Owned for about 2 months at the time of writing this review. I've used it maybe a total of 3-4 weekends in that time. The rope inside that wraps around the crank to lift and lower the umbrella, snapped - which is NOT an easy fix. Also the color (blue) has already started to fade in the sun and the area it's put up only sees sun for maybe 5 hours a day. The price looks like a good deal but you're just going to have to buy a new one next year so don't waste your time.
