The plants arrived wilted with no blooms. They look like the unhealthiest plants at the nursery were shipped to me. Very disappointed.

Two failed to thrive and Lowes will not stand by their 1 year plant guarantee.

Well just look at them , they are 3 years old. Trust the process and be patient

The hydrangea I just received is half dead

I grow Arborescence hydrangeas all the time. The one I just received in a 1-gallon container is tiny, half-dead, and infected with leaf rot. Looks nothing like the featured picture.

Not our problem

8/11 of these arrived. 2 of the 8 that arrived are damaged from being poorly packaged and turning over in the box. I called Lowes to get assistance and was told that the only resolution is for me to go to the store to return them.

Purchase flowers from local store, not online.

Ordered 3 one-gallon sized containers expected to look like the picture. Instead received 3 one-quart size containers that were puny without any flowers. I planted and watered immediately. Will see what happens but very disappointed that item received did not even come close to the picture and expectations.
