Good condition

These arrived in a box in good condition. They were a bit shaken, dry and in need of TLC but they perked right up when I watered them. I planted them 3 days ago and so far they look healthy and happy!

Don’t buy hydrangeas online if you can’t see him,

When I receive them, they were cut down the next to nothing and they were bug eaten, and I returned them to the store because I figured if I planted them, they would die as I bought a hydrangea from the store and it did die. I assumed it was from all the water that Arkansas got so I just ate the cost

RIP OFF

This WAS NOT a 1 quart plant. It was a tiny 3"x3" pot with a barely rooted cutting in loose soil. This is a $5 product that since its not rooted will probably die. Customer service advised these are sent by OUTSIDE VENDORS which is not stated on the Lowe's website. Customer service advised the local Lowes will have to determine if a refund will be given. Horrible business practices.

Arrived very sick

I tried everything I knew to do. I googled tips but it didn’t make it. The plant arrived very dry, most of the soil outside of the pot and inside the plastic wrap. The leaves were either fully dead or very very close. I asked the service desk of my local store and they told me there was nothing they could do before potted and tried to save it. Complete waste of $$

Tiny plant

This WAS NOT a quart size plant. It was a round 3 inch pot and the plant although healthy was the size of a fist. Customer service was not helpful. Plants have to be returned to local Lowes for store manager to refund. 7-10 days to credit your card.
