Tortuga naturally grows as a low-mounded groundcover, with pleasing emerald-green foliage. It is a tough, sun-loving evergreen that transforms difficult spots into a carpet of green with little to no maintenance. It is salt, heat, and drought tolerant once established and is both deer and rabbit resistant and native to North America.
