Replacing a Delta that cost four times as much

Replacing a Delta hand shower that has been problematic since new. Had to replace the hose, then the part that attached to the shower arm (and holds the hand shower) split and leaks, now the finish is coming off. I was concerned that the Delta was all plastic....and so is this one. The difference is that this one cost 1/4 as much, so it's basically disposable.... not worth the trouble to try to get repair parts from Delta (Your wait time on hold is 47 minutes...) Quality seems to be as good ...

Defective product, no customer support!

I bought this showerhead about 3 months ago. Well, one of the 5 shower head settings has stopped working. I took it back to Lowe's but they wouldn't help me because I bought 3 months ago. I called Acquasource thinking that they would help me as they clearly state that it has a lifetime warranty. I purchased this shower head at Lowe's because after several years the plastic one we used went bonkers. I can not compare the new AquaSource because it is new and works flawlessly. I can tell you this item installed by a 72 yo male took 5 minutes. It does not leak . The instructions ( yes I do ) were big print, easy to read without my readers, and were a 3 step process. The teflon plumber tape was included with the product. It would take me 30 minutes to find MY teflon tape and I know I have it...

Good shower head for the cost

This shower head replaced one in our guest bathroom that was a basic head that did not have the ability to change the stream of water coming out. Installing it was simple and quick. It was nice they included pipe tape to wrap on the threads to stop any leaks. This new replacement head has five different spray settings. Easy to install, great water flow

Easy to install in existing shower and has great water flow even though our water pressure is sub-par. Swivels easily and has several flow options. Really good deal for the price!

Exhilarating

My wife and I joke that we’re going to the car wash. Of course we’re just going to have a shower, but the power behind this bad boy is just amazing. Like going through a car wash. It’s got a 2.5 gallon per minute flow through that makes all the difference. We had a head that delivered 1.36 gpm and it was awful. Only one drawback, made in China. We looked at every shower head, not one made in the USA. Sad. Bring it home.

Solid inexpensive shower head

I always question how good of quality a low dollar product will perform This is one that did not disappoint. I replaced an old,. early 90's head with this one. Now to be fair, the old one was constantly getting plugged due to calcification, so anything was a step up. The head adjusted easily and the pressure seamed solid. Purchased this shower head to replace one that had seen it days. Easy to install, and was great to have all the holes in the shower head putting out water through all the holes.

Great water flow, easy installation

For the price, this is a good value. I was looking to replace my existing 3-Spray AquaSource shower had that had great water flow. This one has at least as good, if not better, water flow. It was very easy to install and came with the teflon tape. You do have to try a little to hand tighten, it came loose somewhat until I gave it more torque. It looks and works great.
