This unit started leaking internally after just over a year of only occasional use. It almost flooded our basement since it was on a utility sink. It was leaking from the faucet body when not in use so a constant light stream of water that found its way down the feeds to the floor. Lowe’s was NOT helpful or supportive in their supposed lifetime warranty. They wouldn’t do anything without the original receipt. I bought a Moen to replace this unit. Bad experience
Struggled with install bc the threaded part of the hose was stuck inside the spout, had to pry it out with pliers to connect faucet. Once installed, the top two problems in the “troubleshooting” section were happening - faucet leaked under handle and water did not completely shut off. Bad experience. Will be returning and trying another model.

Leaked out of the box
Bought this to put in my rv. Hooked it up and the inside of the faucet started leaking immediately. Faucet is really cheap plastic and I am assuming it had a defective fitting inside the faucet itself.

Project source deck mount handle
I bought this handle for our laundry room for the simple fact that its more practical that the standard fixture that dont move. I clean out buckets of paint and paint brushes and other supplies and this is much easier to use and the water dont splash everywhere because it detaches so i can hold it lower in the sink. It's very sturdy and easy to install if your Familiar with faucets. I would definitely recommend this laundry tub handle.
