Signals the pump to start when the water system drops to 30 psi (factory set) and stops at 50 psi (factory set)
Can be wired 115 volt or 230 volt
This switch is equipped with a low-level cut-off arm that automatically shuts off a well pump when there is a dramatic decrease in pressure, such as a leak in the discharge pipes or a faulty pressure tank
When first running the pump after installing the switch, hold the lever in the start position until pressure reaches 30 PSI
For use with submersible well or jet pumps (that can create up to 50 pounds of pressure)
Motor wires are connected to the 2 middle posts (color does not matter); Breaker box wires are connected to 2 outside posts (color does not matter)
2-spring design allows for adjustment of cut-in and cut-out pressure settings
Adjustments to springs should only be made by users with good knowledge of well systems
Tank must be in good condition in order for this to work properly

Sorry Product, Do not purchase.
First used this switch 24 Dec 2016, tank also replaced. Switch periodically would not allow the pump to start when the cut-in pressure was reached. Had to restart with the manual lever. On 28 Apr 2018, switch would not start the pump using the lever, however the pump would run if manually pushing the contacts in. Replaced the switch using the same Brand,(again the only Brand in stock). This one lasted until 26 June 2018, same issues. A Square D switch will be installed tomorrow.

Is this a joke that you still carry a one star rated product after years of the same? Product is unusable. It shuts down randomly for no reason.
