I gave this floor a 2 because the color was nice. Unfortunately, when we bought the flooring (heirloom oak) 2 years ago, there were a ton of broken pieces. It was very tedious to put together. In hindsight, after installing a different brand of flooring, we realized how much unnecessary hassle this thin, flimsy flooring gave us. After about 1.5 years, the floor is lifting up/unlocking and cracking all over the place. We reached out to Lowes and Procore and were told nothing could be done. Waste ...
