This Truth Hardware Casement Window Sash Lock is constructed of diecast zinc and comes in a bronze-painted finish. It is non-handed lock that can be used on both left and right-handed casement windows, and it features a low profile design to remain in-line with the thickness of the window's sidestop trim. The mounting holes are spaced apart at 2-3/8 inch, on center, and it comes complete with a pair of keepers and installation fasteners. When the lever is activated, the locking cam engages the keeper, drawing the window tightly closed against the weather stripping. These locks have a stepped underside and are easy to install.
