This Prime-Line push button latch series is constructed with a contemporary design suitable for a variety of door materials. It is built for use with out-swinging screen and storm doors made of wood and metal that range from 7/8 inch to 1-1/4 inch thick. The door fasteners and tie-down screws are created from a zinc compound with a stylish black finish. The tie-down screw at the bottom of the handle adds strength and durability to the push button latch, ensuring proper functionality for the life of the unit.
INCLUDES – The sturdy metal construction button handle set includes one inside latch (1-3/4 inch hole spacing one outside handle (mounting hole 4 1/2 inch below center of push button), one spring-loaded strike (7/8 inch width x 2-5/8 inch height with a 1-1/8 inch hole center), fasteners, and comprehensive installation instructions (It is designed for use with out swinging wood or metal screen or storm doors 5/8 inch to 1-1/4 inch thick)

NIGHT LOCK FOR ADDED SECURITY – The Prime-Line K 5071 screen and storm door latch set comes complete with a night lock for added security (Your screen or storm door can be locked from the inside, so it cannot be opened from the outside)
