These window tilt latches are constructed from black plastic and they are used on single and double hung aluminum windows. The latches feature a unique wrap-around design which attach to the top rail and stiles. These tilt latches are used to access the exterior side of the active sash for glass cleaning purposes. Fits Keller windows.
