Good bed once putting it together is done.
We bought the 12 drawer frame and it shipped to us via UPS. Felt bad for the driver since each box (4) was very heavy but surprisingly came in without any damage to the product inside. The packaging of the product was secure and didn't allow for much, if any, movement of the product inside. Pro: Bed when put together is great. Very sturdy and draws move in and out very easily. Cons: 1) 300+ screws to put in so it can take some time to assemble. With my 8 year old helping, it took about...
CHEAP PARTICLE BOARD GARBAGE
I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY SON WHO IS A POWER LIFTER AND VERY STOUT. I OPENED THE PACKAGE AND REALIZED THAT IF THIS WAS PUT IN A SMALL DAINTY GIRLS BEDROOM IT WOULD LAST ABOT 3 WEEKS BEFORE IT BROKE. REMEMBER THOSE CRAPPY ENTERTAINMENT CABINETS YOU HAD IN YOUR COLLEGE DORM? SAME MATERIALS LESS FASTENERS. DO NOT ORDER THIS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

Broke after 6 months
I had to order missing pieces at delivery. Last month started to notice drawers hard to close, off alignment. Now, the footboard is broken.

AVOID BUYING THIS BED AT ALL COSTS! NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! MISSING HARDWARE AND INSTRUCTIONS THAT ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY ARE VAGUE AND OUT OF ORDER! THEN ON TOP OF IT ALL, THE BED FRAME IS ABOUT 3 1/2 INCHES TOO SMALL FOR OUR QUEEN SIZE MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS! IT HAS TAKEN MY ROOMMATE AND I 4 WEEKS TO PUT THIS BED TOGETHER! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PREPAC! EVER!!! I WISH I COULD RATE THIS A ZERO!
