Manufacturing issues
Unit had marks from packing straps in the back (4) places, when package was delivered there were no straps on the box, luckily the marks are not very noticeable since they are in the back, the customer service number for the manufacturer was useless as they never picked up the multiple calls made was the damage was discovered. Decided to build unit.

Missing pieces
missing pieces, the zinc screw was missing and the store was of no help. The unit itself is great but the missing piece is the issue.
