The Watts Premier 10 inch granular activated carbon (GAC) final filter with 1/4 inch FNTP connections is a proven option to remove certain chemicals, particularly organic chemicals, from water. GAC filters also can be used to remove chemicals that give objectionable odors or tastes to water such as hydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs odor) or chlorine. This final filter is sold with two (2) 1/4 inch connectors. Additional fittings are needed for use with 3/8 inch tubing.
