Trash Product
Worked without issue twice in 40 tries. After one year, the pull cord jammed up. Unusable at that point. Cost to repair the cord is almost as much as the unit cost. If you only need a mower for 1 or 2 times go for it. Beyond that it will not work properly, blade will dull fast, and eventually it will cease to start at all. Please avoid this if you value yourself.
wont start after priming and pulling till worn out
My wife purchased one of these from another source and it worked great out of the box, ever since it just refuses to start no matter what, i prime it with 3 pumps and it smells like it gets flooded and no matter how i pull rope it will not start, this is the worst mower i have ever used, do not recommend to anyone.
Horrible
It is made from cheap material. It did not last me a full season. It broke in 10 uses do not buy!!
Plastic parts where metal is needed
I bought this mower in mid-March and ended up using it 3 times before returning it. On the first use the drive belt came off and in the process punched a hole in the cover that runs along the underside of the mower. I was able to reseat the belt, but the hole ensured that grass clippings would forever get into the propulsion mechanisms. Won't even last a year
When I got my mower is was missing parts, and then the plastic part that holds the arms to the mower body cracked and now the self propel has stopped. Powersmart support is horrible (just check out the web site).
