Fairly easy to put together. I looks nice in our patio room. It matches our recliners. Waiting for the cushions to fluff. Concerned one was much thinner but seems to be getting as thick as the other. Great love seat for the price

check box as its shipped to store before accepting
bought 2 and Lowe's personnel loaded in my vehicle for me, but once I got home the box on the bottom was damaged, looks like a fork lift ran into box even though it's labeled fragile, very obvious damage!! I wish store personal would have checked box and not accepted it because damage caused part of the radan couch to be ripped. I had to return damaged couch, could not reorder in store to get reduced sale price, had originally ordered 2 to get 6 months same as cash but lost that deal, very upse...
Cushions were an issue
The cushions were impossible to get into the covers without assistance from the company. I reached out to the company multiple times for help, finally they had to send me a video to instruct how the cushion covers fit. The assembly of the loveseat was easier than putting the cushions in the covers. I will say that the customer service person that I worked with was excellent. Overall, I am happy with the loveseat.
