Dont waste your money
Love seat did not come with the right covers to the cushions, i thought a simple fix but no...lowes expects me to return the entire set for a refund after i built 80% of it. I'll never buy from lowes again

Confirm assembly time and crew
The product was good but the delivery and setup was terrible. Furniture was schedule to dropped off between 1:30-3:30pm, when I arrived at 1:30pm the furniture was already dropped off on my front porch. I paid for it to be assembled and it wasn't. When I called they said someone would contact me within 48 hours, that did not happen. When I called back they said people would come on Tuesday night at 6pm. I only got 2 boxes....
I acquired two boxes in a 6 piece set.
Wrong items
Received the wrong items to the set (3 chairs 1 fireplace table). Was told my option was to return the 4 boxes and wait up to 10 days for a refund then I could re-order.. Instead of another options to help mitigate the error or sending couch and love seat and us returning one extra box. Will not be re-purchasing. Poor service.

Beautiful, well made furniture
Furniture is well made. Very happy with it. Gave it 4/5 due to the assembly process !! Not for weak marriages! 😂 (we survived!) And the back cushions are not full or supportive but you can add throw pillows etc.
