Damaged parts? Must return entire set
Although we love this new set, it had several shipping caused damaged items. In order to get the single parts to correct the damaged pieces, we were informed to return the entire set!! Hardly practical.

Good Customer Service
We were missing the side table with the initial delivery. Called customer service and the missing table was delivered the next week.
Awesome Set Inconvenient Delivery
Set aside an afternoon for assembly. The instructions were well written and the packaging was great. The set itself is high quality and very pretty. 4 stars because delivery was a mess. It did not arrive together and we could not get an accurate delivery date.

You may or may not get what you paid for.
Product is just fine but delivery was aweful. I did not receive all of the pieces I paid for. I am still waiting for a call from Lowes to rectify the situation.

My order was short the fire pit, only thing we could do was to send everything back, very disappointed!!!! Now we have to try to order again 🙄
