Disappointed

These are beautiful, and a good price, but the screw is so short, they are worthless as a sofa or chair leg without purchasing a plate to screw into. I was planning to use them to replace the front feet on a recliner. The screws on the old feet were the standard length for sofa and chair legs--much longer--and screwed directly into the furniture, not into a plate. A plate would not work for me, as I would have to screw the plate into thick leather on the underside of the recliner. The length of ...

Beautiful used as feet for a chaise lounge.

Used these to replace some cheap plastic feet on a chaise lounge. Not only are they beautiful after polyurethane - two coats, but the chair feels sturdier and was elevated about 2 inches making it easier to get in and out of.

These were used on a sofa. They are very strong and sturdy. I bought the top plates because other reviews said the screw was too short. They screwed in perfectly. I did not need the top plates.
