The Platinum Tools 100020 EZ-RJ45 shielded connector with internal grounding tabs provides a fully shielded RJ45 connector with all the ease of termination benefits of the EZ-RJ45 system. Works with all CAT-5/5e cables. Design allows conductorsto extend through the front end of the connector for the verification of wiring order prior to crimping. Shielded cable, foil and drain wire is inserted inside the connector body and when crimped makes secure connection to the internal ground tabs. Connectors are crimped and conductors trimmed in one action with either 100054C or 100062C crimp tools. May be used with Solid or Stranded CAT-5/5e/6 cables with max cable OD of.260-" ( 6.6mm) and Conductor range OD range ( including isolation)of.037-"- 0.41-" (.94mm - 1.04mm).
