Dangerously defective design/construction. The tool is spring-loaded to open, so when you squeeze and start pulling, tension on the spring is at maximum -- shouldn't be a problem if the tool is properly designed & constructed; but this is not. The spring arm which connects to the frame immediately popped out of the frame on first use -- got it to go back in its slot -- immediately pops out again -- whether that wire stabs your thumb while it disconnects or whether your thumb gets stabbed while...
