High quality pellets at a budget price
Been using PitBoss wood pellets for quite some time now. I rotate between the Competition Blend & Hickory pellets, both offer great smoke and flavor for my pellet smoker. Always so surprised at how little ash is produced with these quality pellets. I love that the cleanup is so minimal after a long smoke session. Best of all, Lowes has probably the best pricing I've seen, both local & online. The 40-lb bag of pellets fit easily into two 5-gal buckets for great dry storage.

DO NOT BUY TAPED UP BAGS!!!
I was in a hurry, grabbed the bag and went to self checkout. My wife noticed that the bag had been resealed. I had already rung it up, so I didn’t exchange it. I should have. As I go through the bag there’s a lot of dust, so I need to sift it each time I use some. I’m sure it ripped when stocking the bag, and the employee swept it back into the bag. BUYER BEWARE…DO NOT BUY TAPED UP BAGS!!!
