Huge water flow improvement

Couldn’t use

I thought it was going to include the whole assembly set, including the thing that goes to the wall, but unfortunately it is just a showerhead and I do not have compatible pieces for it. The packaging is a little deceiving because on the very back and small letters, it says it’s only the showerhead with instructions and no Teflon tape
