Great feature but finish didn’t last

We bought this faucet but the finish went bad. We contacted Pfitzer who responded in a great way replacing the faucet with a new one

Looks great, doesn't function

We installed this fixture during a remodel about 3 years ago in both our main floor bathrooms. Both fixtures were fine for about a year. Then the water started spraying awkwardly, and where the water flows out started tarnishing and we were never able to clean it back to the brushed nickel color. We live in Kentucky which has one of the best drinking water ratings available. My husband tried changed the cartridges a couple times, now it seems they are no longer available. Very nice looking faucet and functionally works quite well. I like the way the water flows out instead of spraying or being forced out.

Adds a unique look to our master bath room

We replaced our vanities (2) and used the Ashfield series faucets, great look, easy to install, easy to maintain. Excellent quality, highly recommend. Sister liked them so much that she replaced her relatively new faucets with the Ashfield....

nice looking not functional

I bought this a couple of years sgo. Installed and the water barley trickles out. Hot water has never really worked. Tried to have company send new parts possibly to make it work. Paid more for it than should have, guarantee?? Anyway, it's on a bathroom that isnt used much. Will be replacing this spring.

Coolest Faucet Ever!

This faucet gets oohs and aahs from everyone! I had this faucet installed when I remodeled the guest bathroom more than 5 years ago and it still gets rave reviews from everyone who sees it. It's a showstopper AND it works great - thanks Pfister for a great product!

I love this fixture

When I saw this faucet, I just had to have it. I found the instruction clear and easy to follow. The connections are easy to make and seam very secure. Every time I use the sink I marvel at my beautiful faucet. I love the handles and the spout. I do wonder how it will hold up in the years to come. I'm a little afraid the water sitting in the spout will create a build up. I take extra care to make sure it doesn't start.

ooh, ahhh

We purchased this faucet to coordinate with our Early American decor. It is also our spare bedroom/bathroom. When we have guests, they ooh & ahh .....over this faucet! It really is just beautiful.

doesn't hold up

Looks nice get compliments but so far cold water handle stuck was replaced and now new lever is tarnished
