poor quality control requires drilling to fix

As others have highlighted, the bottle itself is missing a drilled hole for air to escape, keeping the water level too low. Drilled a hole through the air hole in the cap into the bottle, problem solved. Sounds like they still haven't fixed the quality control issue, I just bought mine two weeks ago.

Where can I purchase new filters for the water dispenser

Lasts long, but hard to clean

I’ve had this waterer for 6 months and I love the capacity and it works very well, however I noticed how hard it is to clean. I can’t reach underneath the inside of the bowl and I am unsure if it is permanently attached or if the base comes apart to clean. There is mold buildup down there so I can’t continue to use it unless there is a better way to clean it that I’m unaware of!

Water flow

I bought this product one week ago. The water flow was at working properly will not fill up. Maybe the manufacturer overlooked a part stating to align little hole on black cap with bottle and drill hole directly on bottle. The water will then work properly

Poorly designed

I bought this several months ago because I needed a higher volume waterer for several cats and a dog. I like the filter but there is little clearance for water volume in the basin. I get less than one inch of water. I need to make sure the bottle is NOT fully settled to accomplish this. This is a design flaw. Also I would appreciate a handle to help "grab" the bottle to settle it into the basin because it is very unwieldy otherwise.

Used many years, doesn’t scare little dog

We have had one of these filtered water bowls for our two dogs for many years. The micro ban technology really works! We chose this water bowl after a lot of trial and error as my little poodle was afraid of the noises other brands made. This gravity water bowl is very quiet and does not scare my little dog due to bubble noises. Highly recommend! Piece broke off and ended up in the drinking bowl

I bought this item a week ago and when I went to refill it a piece of the bottle "lip" snapped off and went into the water bowl. Very upsetting as this could have been ingested by my dog.

Works Great!

This is perfect for my new puppy at the rate that he drinks. Its working out great for us.

Somehow defies gravity

We've had this for a month. It worked well at first but now only fills about 1/4 inch of water in the bowl. Not enough for my pets. Waste of money.

Very little water comes into the bowl

Bought a 2.5 gallon replenish water bowl from Petco a couple weeks ago. I have 3 Great Danes that drink from the bowl. Very little water comes out to fill the bowl...so little that it does not even cover the bottom of the bowl
