Wrong item
I had ordered an additional box of the same item from the my orders. I waited for the delivery, then was told there was a delay. Fine. When I finally picked up my order, I had recieved the wrong item. Totally frustrated. Returning was also an issue. The CSR was having issues with the return, and when I asked her if they had any in stock, instead of looking it up on the computer she said, " Well go over there and check!". This is the Lakeland, FL store. Totally disappointed.
