Flooring Debacle
They delivered our $6k of flooring outside and would not bring it in the house even though that’s what we understood was happening. We were told we had to bring it in ourselves. They also changed our order to Fall without telling us. Delivery occurred to the wrong address and the delivery person LEFT our flooring in the wrong yard and had to go back to get it. Then just left it in our side yard and told us we had to bring it into our house

Buying from Lowe’s was the worst experience of purchasing anything in my life. We were given a delivery date on a Friday, which my wife had to use a personal day for. The app showed that the flooring was out for delivery all day up until 7 PM. Guess what the app showed after 7 PM? It said there was a problem with your delivery.
