This grass seed worked way better than I expected. Germination was quick, and within a couple weeks I started seeing thick, healthy growth filling in bare spots. The lawn looks fuller and more even, and the grass has held up well with regular foot traffic. Super easy to spread and maintain, even for someone who’s not a lawn expert. This is a total joke. I spent good money on this grass seed and got absolutely nothing in return. I called 3 weeks in — they told me to wait another 3 weeks. Six weeks later, still no growth. When I called back, they basically told me tough luck and that they’ll only refund HALF because I threw the bag away. Seriously? Who’s reading tiny print on a bag of grass seed? That’s just a built-in excuse to avoid responsibility for selling garbage. It’s a scam — they know most people will toss the bag, ...

Does the job

I usually broadcast before a rain and water a few times after and it works. The longer you water daily or every other day, the more success you will have.

We bought two bags of this and followed directions to a "t". After more than 30 days and wasting much time, water, and energy, we have nothing growing at all. When I called the company to get my money back they informed me that I can only get half of my money back because I threw away the bags (expecting the product to work). Very frustrating and I feel like the company just stole money from me. I'd give them zero stars, but that isn't an option. Thanks Pennington.

Grass Seeds!

Hope this grass grows fast, application was easy and we have already been spreading it throughout our yard. We were excited to have something affordable as an option to fix our parts of the yard.

I was expecting the seeds to grow fast but it has been two weeks and nothing is growing at all.
