good for a small mix area
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using several Pennington brand seeds to currently re seed our backyard this past month in different areas . I used the perennial seed in an area that shaded half the day and with a more watered area . It takes about 2 weeks to get them to sprout at about 80 percent thickness . I added Scott's top soil as well . Pic is of the new and old grass . Will be scraping the rest out and finishing off with the new bag of seed . Been really h...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how it would turn out here in mid Texas. I sowed a small area with the perennial seed. I didn't do much preparation, other than cleaning that area, it was pretty rough. The perennial rye grass was a deep green. The lawn looked really nice and our neighborly ducks love it. Plan on sowing perennial over all the property. Plan on over-seeding with the perennial grass feed.. So far, absolutely satisfied. Only complaint I have is I nee...
