easy to install, but not durable
Assembly and installation were easy, however in 18 months (so outside of the warranty window) the unlatching mechanism stopped working smoothly. The latch would open about 2/3 of the way before making a loud click and no longer moving. Taking apart and cleaning the latch thoroughly did not fix the issue. When it latched, the door would no longer open, so if we had not had a second door, we would have ended up locked in our own house.

Doesn’t include a new side plate
I like the color and weight of the product. It was not easy to install and didn’t include a new side plate so my old one doesn’t match (it’s brass).
