I consulted with the store before ordering regarding the correct side to order. They delivered the wrong side door. I had to take it because they sent me the last door in stock in the store, and I would have to wait at least 2 weeks for the manufacturer to make and send new ones. I had to make it work, but had to pay the workers to build concrete steps on that side of the door at extra cost and time. Lowes offered me $30 for my trouble. What a joke! Definitely will not trust Lowe's anymore

Used as indoor between house & porch

This did not come with lock for outside security but I use it for inside with porch having secure door locks. When I let the porch heat up or cool down with the weather, the door is an excellent barrier.

Sliding door does not have a key lock

The door is very nice. Although, it does not come with a key lock. The Lowe’s sales rep did not tell me this when I went to the store. I ordered the door online and the delivery was seamless. The install of the door went well (please note we did the install, not Lowe’s). We have tried 2 key locks and neither work on this door. We went to Lowe’s to talk to someone and the sales rep didn’t even know there wasn’t a key lock on this door. He was very unhelpful and provided zero solutions to the prob...

One dirty old slider door!

So I ordered a new sliding door and the one delivered to me has been sitting outside under a tree for years it looks like…the plastic on the sliding window completely melted off..rust stained on base ,warped from sun! This is why I never usually get delivery! Seems every time they send out the defective or returned item to “Get rid of it”.I got pictures!

You get what you pay for

I recieved a door that you could tell was already returned. The door was a pain to rotate the other way and Lowes as well as Pella were ZERO help in finding any useful information/instructions as to how to rotate. After install, the door now hits the frame and you have to muscle it/push to the outside to get it close.

Great Sliding Door, except...

...you do not get a screen with it. Why, if you get the screen with your new windows, you don't get one with a sliding door? Okay, so I get that you don't get a screen door with a regular entry door, but a sliding door is essentially a large window! In order to get a screen, you have to pay another $100.00+. Keep this in mind if you want a screen with this big window!

Brightens Room!

Removed 2 windows and installed this 96x80 sliding door in its place. Door is super heavy so plan on 2 or 3 people to move it, particularly if you plan on reversing the opening like I did since you need to rotate it on edge. So long your rough opening is level at bottom and entirely in plane ( not twisted), the installation is easy. Opens and closes well once wheels are adjusted and made a huge difference in the amount of light it brings into the room. Took off one star bc it doesn’t come with ...

Very nice door

Slides very easily. Was not difficult to install. Changing the door swing was a little more difficulty that the install but the instruction helped quite a bit. I would butch it again

Excellent quality, especially for price

Great quality, same as any custom-ordered piece of glass, but 1/3 the price and was in-stock at my local store. Been installed over a year and couldn't be happeir.
