Right size framing nail for 2x4’s
These are great framing nails. They can nail 2 2x4’s together with ease. It required minimum pressure. The best thing I like is no broken sets of nails. I’ve had issues with other brands that the the material holding them together would break while loaded in the nail gun which caused jams.
Good Stainless Nails
I am in the midst of a laundry room remodel and after removing the old tile and backer board the subfloor was not as solidly attached to the floor joists as I would like. These did the job. They fit well in my Porter Cable nailer, never jammed, and disappeared into the wood with every pull of the trigger with no fuss or extra residue. Not much more you can ask from a stick of nails.
Great nail for several reasons!
These nails have several features that make them an excellent choice. First, they are a full round-headed nail, meeting code requirements in more locations. They utilize a resin strip that means less breakage and no stinging debris hitting your face. It shears cleanly behind each nail for less downtime and less clean up. Each strip has 35 nails saving time with fewer reloads. They are compatible with all 21 degree framing nailers.
Decent nails
It arrived in the retail package which got damaged during shipping. The nails are of good quality, perfect for fencing. I have not used them yet but they seem to be comparable to other brands I used before.
Good quality nails
I've been framing for over 20 years, and I've always used the Hitachi nail gun. Pasload has never been compatible with the Hitachi / Metabo guns. The ring shank nails are typically used to nail floor plywood down to the joists, to help eliminate squeaks. These nails shoot very smooth. They don't buckle in the track like some other brands. They hold very well, and have a good grip. The plastic that holds them together is pretty strong, and doesn't brake easily. For the right price I'd be willing ...
Good quality nails in a weak box
These nails (Pasload 21 degree 2 3/8” nails for pneumatic nail gun) work well. They do not break easily when handling. Other brand of nails in plastic strips, that hold the nails together in a clip, have a history of breaking during normal handling. This is hassle which not only leads to jamming but also waste nails and slows you down. They nails have rings, groves that go around the nails, that will greatly increase the resistance to pulling out. The nails are in good condition with no s...
Good enough
These Paslode ring shank nails function just fine out of my Hitachi NR 83A. The plastic collation is softer than most of the brands which limits the amount of plastic shrapnel flying around. On some brands the plastic will sting the skin at the velocities that it travels. This is not an issue with these nails. The nail strips are longer than the Hitachi that I normally use, but still fit 2 full strips in the slide. The down side to these nails is the ring shank profile is less defined which will...
Does the Job!
Used to install sheathing on house. Loaded easily, did not recall framing nailer jamming if at all, and nails stayed glued together which allowed using all nails.
Excellent
Not much though goes into a box of nails but when a structure fails every aspect is inspected. So start with the best and you will have no unforeseen circumstances.these steel Collated Framing Nails are of the highest quality there is. Engineered with ribs to act as anchors which gives an added level of security and strength and resistance when been pulled out. The head is completely round to ensure the full striking force of the nail gun, this ensures that the nail is always flush with the surf...
