High hopes dashed by requirement to have 2 lines
The video did not show, nor did any online material indicate you needed a standard circuit, as well as another for the Combination Sensor (which is why we purchased this) and our house isn't a new build and running another line was not an option given the location of the fan. The documentation should state there must be two circuits - which I verified with Panasonic (too late of course) after receiving the product. Product looks easy to install and decent quality.

Looks clean and neat
We are redoing to guest bath and decided to get rid of the old grungy-looking fan. After reading reviews, I chose this one as the replacement. I had it shipped to my house, and it arrived on time and was well packaged. It hasn't been installed yet, so I will revise my review if I discover any problems later.
