What Customers Are Saying
This product received mixed reviews. Some customers found the stand sturdy with a large water reservoir and easy to use. However, the majority reported significant issues, including the stand's inability to properly support and stabilize trees, leading to leaning, toppling, or complete collapse. Many noted the stand was too narrow and flimsy, especially for larger trees. Frequent complaints were made about the stand leaking water and causing damage. Overall, the consensus is that this stand is only suitable for small 5-foot trees and not recommended for medium to large Christmas trees due to the high risk of the tree falling over.

I’ve been putting up trees for decades, am handy, and know how to adjust & compensate for crooked trunks etc. I bought this stand the end of last season and just used it for the first time in Nov 2021. Old one rusted out. The bottom “spike” is really a screw, not part of the actual base. The stand is rather tall and narrow such that it’s difficult to fill properly without overfilling (it leaked around the top collar at least an inch below the topmost rim). Mostly, though, it proved to be un...

Literally the most mind numbing and frustrating possible stand. Thought I would “upgrade” the plastic stand..the metal where the bolts thread in is too thin and had no lateral stability at all and even if you screw the plastic spacer to the bottom of the tree it would not provide enough stability to prevent even the tiniest tree from tipping. It might work if you had a 3 foot tree with a 7” trunk but isn’t the way nature makes them. DO NOT BUY.
Rusted apart and broke in 1 season
As soon as we took the tree out, the tube came off the base. First year use.

LEAKING WATER!!
Trees up, decorated, presents wrapped and under tree. Tonight checked water. Tree stand is leaking water. Tree skirt and wrapped gifts are soaking wet. Can see water seeping out of tree stand around bottom where part that hold tree and water connects to base. Will be returning to store.

TOO Flimsy
This product is scarily unbalanced with a tree that is near it's max. Our christmas tree was good for almost a week then fell over I would not recommend this stand for anything over 5-6ft it is too flimsy.

Timber
I purchased this in December 2020 and within a few days of setting our tree up, it toppled over. After inspecting the damage, we discovered the red ends on the bolts had dug into the tree. We added wood blocks and had no more problems until this year. Again, we set the tree up a few days ago and even wirh the wood blocks, the tree began leaning and fel over tonight breaking ornaments and spilling water all over rhe floor. We are buying a new tree stand in the morning.
Leaks, shallow, poor quality
Worst Christmas tree stand ever. Can’t even fill with water to the fill line or it will leak - all over your floor, your tree skirt, your gifts. Be prepared to water frequently and hope you don’t over-water. Our last tree stand held water that would last for 2 days. Thanks Also this is not sturdy in the least. The screws bend under pressure and given just a little encouragement my tree would topple in this stand. Supposed to hold up to a 9’ tree and my tree is 7’.
DO NOT BUY
Like other reviewers, I thought I was upgrading from a broken plastic "star" stand. Big mistake. Tree would not stand up straight, wobbled and eventually fell over. Returned for the Lifetime welded steel stand. That one has been fantastic so far.
Great, except when it comes time to water
The tree stand was super simple to use and our tree has been standing straight for weeks. The only pain point, which weve gotten more used to, is that its difficult to fill with water from underneath the tree. Its just so narrow, its hard to angle the watering can without dumping water on the ground. We bought a funnel and it has helped.
Leaky
Written in December 2020 a few days after purchase. Followed directions for assembly and mounting the tree. I was actually impressed by how easily the tree went and stayed up, but a few days after mounting we noticed water leaking out of the base. After this Christmas I will see if I can fix the leak and salvage the stand, but I have a feeling I'll only get one Christmas out of it.
