Great staff in Customer Pickup today!
Kaui (I think), and her co-workers were amazing. They were clearly all busy discussing some business when I walked up. She stopped and turned to help. I offered my phone with the order number showing and she pointed out both boxes, which were promptly placed on a nice low-boy type dolly and off I went. Thumbs UP!
Software issues
After programming the unit, it is auto resetting to the maximum time settings and changes the refresh time settings. Purchased two months ago, but Lowe's extended warranty denied the warranty claim for reason of it still being under the manufacturer's warranty. A claim has been emailed to the manufacturer. They were very responsive answering concerns after initial set up and it took hours to go through the refresh cycle, so I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

Lowes had this on sale and it saved me a bunch of money compared to the competitors! The online purchase and then in-store pickup option were also seamless, and it even shipped a few days early which was a big help for me!
The whole process took about 2 hours!
What was nice about the water softener resin was the fact that it was in smaller bags (.25 cu ft) which made it easier to handle while pouring it into the softener, since I was doing it myself! Also I found that putting a small pill bottle over the upflow tube in the center of the softener tank was easier than tape (as suggested) since it just lifted off afterwards as opposed to trying to get the tape off and possibly pulling the tube up after filling! After 2 days water is much improved, go...
