Terrible - slips, slides, won't stay together

Terrible, returned for refund. The plastic base slips and slides, the filter and turf grass slips and slides out of the pan when the dog stepped on it and the base slide across the garage concrete floor. The dog then refused to step on it again. There is nothing to hold it in place or the parts together.

Received it yesterday and right away my Pooch went potty with in 10 mins of introduction! I count this one as a great success!!! No added pheromones or scents added. I will say this my dog park has artificial grass so she is familiar with using that kind of grass to go potty on. So might I suggest taking your pup to such a place so they can be introduced to it as well. Just a suggestion.

worth it for the price. wouldn’t buy expensive

easy, already put together, nothing to hold the grass down though, wouldn’t suggest for puppies, they just eat the grass and tear it up
