Good service, ease of ordering. Prompt delivery as promised. Though, one wheel was loose and took some doing to make it stay on.
Weather resistant
This was purchased because it is not a thin metal that will rust away in a few years. The pollyplastic material will out live a metal wagon.
No assembly, real work horse
No assembly - just pulled out of the box, opened it (expanded it), and immediately started using it. We used it for hauling tons of drinks and supplies for a conference then moving offices (loaded with books, etc.). Worked perfectly!

Needed to be able to carry purchases into my apartment complex and down the hallway. Using the cart I can load it up and make only one trip instead of 3-4. It is convenient , folds up and lightweight. Easy to handle.
Worth the money
I love that it folds up small! I like how easy it rolls! I wish it was a little bit deeper, so I could put more/bigger things.
