Arrived broken, no help with replacement parts

Bought this at the store, receipt printer broke and we waited an hour for reprint to no success. Electrician installed light for us, and notified us one of the glass globes was broken. I called the customer service number listed in the manual, they stated that no replacement part was available and I would have to uninstall the light, return it to the store with no receipt, and get a replacement - all while running the risk that the replacement could also be broken. Absolutely ridiculous and unhe...

Easy to install but the main rod on the bottomed was stripped and you cant just get that piece.

This is a beautiful classical styled light in gold

This was easy to install. It lights the room up well. I would say the look is more classical design than what most new homes have in them. It looks nice hanging in my front hallway.
