It's a nozzle
It's a screw on nozzle. It screwed on and it sprays.
Short life
Works well as designed, but longevity is short. Bought several as spares.
Easy to install.
Very easy to install. Improve spray patter and easily adjustable.
most worked well for me
I think I purchased 15 or so. One or two leaked out the side a little, but I used them in an area where that didn't matter. Most worked well.
