Missing part

Package arrived with repaired damage. One part was missing. Customer service helped me order the missing part from the manufacturer. Otherwise fine.

Not a lightweight

I dont like the way it folds. It should fold in the middle. It's awkward to handle. It was missing the lockwashers. Not sure why it needed them. All nuts are class 3 locking types. I replaced the missing lock washers with flat washers on my dime. It would have been 1 star for poor design, but I gave it 2 because it's atrong and has good traction. I would have given it 3 stars if it had all the parts. Once you get the ramps installed they work great.

OK ramp

The instructions could have been better (like where do you attach the straps or the pins that come with it). The Max height of the tail gate is 33 inches. My tail gate is 36 and it still worked. It is heavy duty and works well for what I use it for, snowblower, small tractor, rotor tiller

Ramps do not hold 2000 pounds

These ramps are apparently 1 time use. After loading a dingo which is less than 2000 pounds without attachments the ramps bent and deformed.

Stamped flimsy junk

There's a difference between "2000 pound capacity" and "2000 pound vehicle capacity", and this is neither. I wouldn't trust this cheap tin with anything more than a 500-pound golf cart. Calling this a 2000 pound ramp is pretty much fraud. For a small enough load, I suppose it would be fine, and I'd have rated it much higher if it was advertised honestly. It's also neither 14.25 feet wide nor 88 feet long, as it's listed. So maybe it should say "200 pound capacity". That would be more like it.
