Christmas stand replacement

this is a replacement for the exact old, old, old one that I have. It was pretty well beat up. The new one is nice and glossy!

Easy to put together

I saw all the 1 star reviews for this saying it was impossible to put together. Thought it can't be that hard and bought it to prove them wrong...and I did. If you can't put this together, you can't follow the most basic instructions. Don't be fooled by idiots, this will perfectly replace my 35 year old stand that was similar, but showing the signs of its age. This one is even larger, so I expect it to be more sturdy.

Couldn't set up

I should have read the reviews before purchasing this. I couldn't set it up and have the legs lay flat. Do not buy. Lowe's should discontinue this product

Terribly defective

I bought this without reading the reviews first and was extremely frustrated trying to put it together, until I realized all the sizing was off between the legs and the bowl. Gave up on trying to fit it all together and then came here to read the reviews and had a good laugh lol. Do yourself a favor just pay a little more to get a welded tree stand, which is what I did after I returned this one.

Made by the Grinch

The frustration of attempting to assemble this product is hard to put into words. I am a handy person so I thought this would be a breeze ... WRONG. It literally is impossible. I put this together last year after enlisting the help of my son as it became a two person project. I just opened the box for this year and had painful flashbacks. After 10 minutes I put back into box and then into recycling bin. I didn't resell it because that would be a legit Grinch move. Don't le this ruin your Christm...

Cruel Torture

I purchased this stand last season and opened the box to setup for this year's tree. Painful flashbacks immediately overwhelmed me. After 10 minutes of increasing frustration, I put this stand back in the box and put in recycling. I didn't even try to resell it because that would be a legit Grinch move. Note that I am a handy person so inability to calmly assemble is not due to a lack of skills. Bottom line - Don't let this product ruin your Christmas.

Difficult to put together

I brought this home and it should have been simple to put together but it literally took three of us. The ring did not fit, it was essentially too small. We managed to push and pull and eventually get it to fit but I would never have been able to do it alone. Once together the stand was fine.
