Nite Ize Black Nylon Hook-n-loop Smart phone Case for the Universal

Not bad, but.....

I've had this case for years and it still provides as advertized so no complain there. I do have a suggestion though. It's not RF proofed and that's more important than most the features being advertised, in my opinion. In today's world of digital theft, RF proofing for a phone carried in public seems like a justifiable feature.

Workhorse of mobile carriers

I got mine over a year ago when I upgraded to my new IPhone. It’s taking everything possible scenario. I’ve dropped it several times. Not even a crack or scratch, my phone still looks like new. I even sat on it in my back pocket.

Great product! Except for the closure

I have been a long-time user of these phone holsters. They're great! Except for when the Velcro starts to wear out, which happens within a few months. Then you have a rugged and durable product that doesn't close and doesn't protect the phone when, for example, you're jogging across the road the phone jumps out. The easiest solution, and one I'm surprised they haven't implemented, is to use a magnetic closure.

Sideways phone case

Perfect size for my iPhone 11 Pro. I have used three in the past. Velcro does wear out after about 1 - 1 1/2 years though.

I have experienced the Velcro failure that other people doing reviews have also commented on. The most recent one was perhaps a year and a half ago and on that occasion, I was in communication with your warranty department and sent them photos of the phone case and the faulty Velcro strips. They provided me a new phon...

nice, but needs improvement

I've had my case for a bit over 6 months. Really needs the flap to cover the whole opening to keep out water. The other problem is that the velcro on the flap is now missing about half of its velcro.
